Wedgewood is easier to experience than describe. Wedgewood is a 178 unit condominium development located in the gated Bonita Bay community in Southwest Florida. We have six mid-rise buildings, which are five stories each, and eleven two-story lake villa buildings. Units have various configurations with a minimum of two bedrooms and up to four bedrooms, with larger mid-rise units being two stories. All units have enclosed garages and a great view of a lake or a championship golf course. Wedgewood covers twenty-two acres and has an amenity package, which includes a heated swimming pool, screened pavilion next to the pool, tennis courts, gas grills, and a beach club with a free round trip shuttle service from Wedgewood’s entrance.
